Financial Index Australia Pty Ltd (FIA) is an Australian Financial Services Licensee and a Principal Member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA). As part of its membership obligations, FIA observes the FPA Code of Ethics and rules of Professional Conduct under which its Advisers must abide.
In order to conduct our work as efficiently as possible, FIA has been instrumental in commissioning a unique, in-house developed software program, which helps manage workflow, compliance and productivity. We have found this tool to be invaluable to our practice and see it as a keystone of keeping all our Staff, Advisers and Management organised, efficient and compliant with all legislative demands.
