Alison Flakemore

Biography

Alison is a Senior Partner at Findex with over 26 years experience in providing audit, assurance and advisory services.

With experience spanning a variety of businesses ranging from not-for-profit associations to large proprietary and public companies, Alison has a practical understanding of financial reporting regulatory requirements and accounting standard application. Alison works with clients who seek practical support and guidance in conjunction with an efficient audit process to achieve strong transparency and accountability in their financial reporting.

Recognised for her contribution to the accounting profession, Alison was awarded a Fellowship by the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand during 2018.

Alison is also an experienced non-executive director having a passion for corporate governance. Having Chaired an Audit Committee, Alison has an understanding of how as an auditor she can assist Board’s in fulfilling their governance and financial reporting requirements.
