Laura Sampson

Biography

Laura has over 25 years of corporate finance experience providing strategic corporate finance advice and funding across debt, M&A and equity capital markets. She has advised clients from start-ups to the largest Australian and global corporates and her experience spans a wide range of industry sectors.

Before joining Findex, Laura ran the corporate advisory business at Adara Partners. She was also Managing Director and Founder of her own independent advisory business, as well as holding senior roles in National Australia Bank’s Global Corporate and Institutional business. Laura also has global markets and investing experience, including at Goldman Sachs in London, bringing an additional investment advisory perspective to her clients.

Laura’s broad corporate finance expertise and previous roles establishing and running businesses enables her to advise clients throughout their business lifecycle. She also combines excellence in execution with a passion for delivering optimal outcomes for her clients.
