Shane Wilkins

Biography

Shane brings a wealth of experience in agribusiness in the insurance services industry to his role, with over a decade in the insurance industry, predominately as a general insurance broker servicing the agricultural industry.

Prior to joining Findex, Shane was the National Practice Group Leader for Agriculture for a global insurance brokerage. During his time there, Shane implemented the national strategy on agriculture and managed corporate and agribusiness accounts working on retention and incoming high service clients. Previous to that role, Shane was at Landmark, which is the largest diversified rural supplies business in the country. Here Shane held a number of insurance management positions in the country, both in the Central West of NSW and in North Western QLD.
