Jamie Irvine

As the Chief Operations Officer at Findex, Jamie is responsible for overseeing the delivery of the firm’s integrated accounting, wealth and advisory services across Australia, New Zealand and offshore teams. He leads the operational systems, planning frameworks and client team structures that ensure a consistent, high quality experience for a diverse client base.

With more than two decades of experience at Findex, Jamie has held senior roles across business advisory, taxation, wealth management and operational leadership. His deep understanding of the firm’s services and clients positions him to drive operational excellence, support scalable growth and align day to day delivery with the organisation’s broader strategic direction.
