Dan Dale

A seasoned executive and strategic finance leader, Dan Dale brings over 30 years of commercial and operational experience to his role as Chief Financial Officer at Findex.

Originally from the UK, Dan began his career in the manufacturing and pharmaceutical sectors. He played a key role in the successful merger of three independent companies to form a $400 million enterprise and later became Finance Director and equity holder in a private manufacturing business, where he was instrumental in improving profitability and cash flow.

Since relocating to Australia in 2006, he has held a series of senior leadership positions at Findex, including Managing Partner, Executive Managing Partner for the North Region, and Executive Head of Audit and Advisory. In these roles, Dan led key initiatives focused on business transformation, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth. He played a central role in the division’s success, driving strategic outcomes while building strong, collaborative teams.

With a track record of delivering strategic and financial outcomes, Dan brings deep operational insight, commercial acumen, and a commitment to building high-performing teams. He plays a key role in shaping Findex’s financial strategy and performance, supporting long-term growth, innovation, and impact across the business.
