Terry Paule

As Co-founder and non executive Chairman of Findex, Terry has amassed over 35 years’ experience in both the business world and as a financial adviser. He has a proven track record in building businesses by establishing strong operational frameworks and a positive cultural environment necessary to successfully corporatise, market and brand these companies.

He believes the role of Chairman is one of leadership, mentoring, risk management and strategic guidance to help the board of directors, CEO and senior management work at its best.This approach requires a high level of transparency, ethical standards and corporate governance to ensure all stakeholder and shareholder obligations and interests are known and met.

Terry has held directorships in various business groups, sporting organisations and also obtained a Bachelor of Arts from Monash University in 1983. In recent years he has established My Co to focus on investment in startup opportunities in the health and well-being, and global food and beverage sector with a particular emphasis on plant-based food and beverage and renewable and sustainable ideas.

Terry also mentors many aspiring entrepreneurs, enjoys public speaking, and dedicates time and resources to philanthropy. He is an inspiring leader with a wealth of knowledge and experience, and a contagious passion for life.
