Jason is an experienced corporate tax professional, with a specialisation in Transaction (M&A) Tax, working with private equity firms and domestic, international, listed or privately held corporate entities looking to expand by acquisition or strategically divest businesses.

Jason has partnered with several international and domestic companies across a range of industries including renewable and sustainable energy, transport, healthcare, retail and consumer products, and agriculture, priding himself on providing commercial and technically correct tax advice that aligns to his client’s objectives.
