Matt Games

As Findex’s Co-Chief Executive Officer, Matt is charged with designing and implementing the group’s strategy and growth ambitions. His longstanding experience as Findex’s Chief Financial Officer sees him bring a rigorous and methodical approach to the Co-CEO role, placing emphasis on quality planning and execution as well as an acute awareness of the marketplace and opportunities available for Findex to pursue. 

Matt’s forward-thinking approach has led the growth of the team from 50 to nearly 3000 employees in the past 10 years. He is instrumental in the expansion plans of Findex as it moves into its next stage of growth.

In addition to his role as Co-Chief Executive Officer, Matt is the Chair of the Board of the Findex Community Fund (FCF), which was established in 2018 to give back to the communities in which Findex operates. The mission of FCF is to help those isolated by location or circumstance, by providing funding and assistance with health, education and entrepreneurship initiatives.

Outside of work, Matt is a qualified ‘Black Belt’ in Six Sigma and enjoys rugby and cricket. He and his family are also keen travellers who are always looking forward to their next adventure.
