With over 20 years of experience as a corporate finance partner, Ross is focused on working with clients to guide them in their strategic decisions to achieve success.
Ross brings a strong commercial and strategic focus to complex transactions, drawing on years of experience acting as the lead advisor in mergers and acquisitions, valuations, due diligence, structured finance deals, investment management, and debt and equity capital markets transactions. His clients include governments, large privately-owned businesses, private equity firms, and high net worth individuals, both in Australia and overseas. These clients operate in a range of sectors, including agribusiness, biotechnology, commodities, financial services, mining services, property and construction, and renewable energy.
