Alex has gained over 10 years’ experience in the Financial Services and uses her broad experience and knowledge to provide ongoing guidance to clients in regard to wealth accumulation, wealth protection and retirement planning through strategies involving (but not limited to) superannuation, investment, cashflow management, life insurance and Centrelink.
Alex holds a Diploma of Financial Planning and is currently completing her Master Degree in Financial Planning, having successfully completed the Financial Adviser Exam along with the Ethics and Professionalism unit Alex is a compliant Adviser under the new industry standards.
Prior to Brad's appointment with Findex in 2008, he spent over 10 years with KPMG. During this time he developed specialist skills in a variety of sectors, including audit and assurance for local government, registered clubs, APRA regulated financial institutions and the Not For Profit sector, including education, health and aged care.
Cade has built a career over the past 25 years in public practice accounting, specialising in tax and business advisory to privately- and family-owned enterprises. Through our Family Office Service, Cade provides a holistic view to business operations and wealth creation for clients. He has experience and expertise across a wide range of industries with a particular focus in the agribusiness industry offering compliance, management reporting, advisory and succession strategies.
Dannielle is a registered company auditor with over 11 years experience in auditing and financial reporting. She specialises in local government, health, not-for-profits and private companies. Dannielle is also a registered SMSF auditor.
With almost 30 years experience in public accounting, David has been a Partner with Findex since 2006. David specialises in business advisory and tax consulting for small to large businesses, and high net wealth individuals. He has particular experience across manufacturing, building and construction, professional services, registered clubs, government and financial services industries, providing practical and simplified solutions to both their professional and personal needs.
With over 15 years' accounting and advisory experience, Fiona has accumulated a wealth of knowledge and experience, and specialises in accounting and business advisory services, with particular experience across real estate, residential and commercial building construction, retail and primary production industries.
With over 15 years' experience in the industry and successfully running his own business, Ian was appointed as senior partner in 2022. Ian specialises in financial planning, estate and succession planning, superannuation and self-managed superannuation funds.
Kylie has over 20 years experience in public practice and the accounting industry. Kylies passion is helping clients to achieve their business, financial and personal goals. Kylie believes that having access to timely and relevant information is key to making strategic financial decisions. As a business adviser, Kylie has managed client engagements assisting companies with business process improvement, strategy development, mentoring, team leadership, business governance, finance, reporting, budgeting and compliance functions. Kylie works with clients from a range of industries, particularly those relating to the manufacturing, construction and transport industries. Kylie specialises in tax compliance, budgeting, forecasting, periodic reporting, tax and business advice. Kylie is part owner in a family business so has hands on experience and understands the complexities of running a business.
Marcus joined the Findex team in 2009. With over 15 years' experience working with top tier firms, Marcus has a specialist focus assisting clients from the financial services industry, including superannuation, trusts and investment products.

Before joining Crowe, Amir worked as an internal audit manager in a global consulting firm and as a team leader at an investment holding company. Amir also spent 5 years with a big four firm in their risk advisory practice.

Prior to a career in public accounting Chantelle managed finance & administration for local government and held a national human resources role. Chantelle and her partner have owned a local family business for the past 14 years and understand the day to day pressures of running a business.
Chantelle provides taxation compliance, management reporting, cash flow management, succession planning and process efficiency services to ensure your business is profitable and sustainable.
Darcy joined Findex in November 2018 and has established the Lending and Finance division for the Albury office.
Darcy has 30 years of commercial banking and finance experience with specialisation in Commercial Credit Risk Analysis, Deal structuring, Stressed Banking relationship strategies and Business Development.
Darcy has a special interest in complex Cash Flow funding solutions and providing solutions to business succession strategies.
Darcy prides himself on his professionalism and commercial knowledge with a focus on sharing this information with clients and colleagues with transparency.

Hope has over 18 years’ experience in public practice accounting, starting at the Albury firm as a Trainee in 2005. Hope has worked across a diverse range of clients and specialises in general business advisory, tax and business planning and structuring. With her experience, Hope is able to offer her clients personalised advice to help support and grow their businesses.
Jason is an Associate Partner at Findex with over 15 years experience in providing audit, assurance and advisory services. With experience spanning a variety of businesses ranging from not-for-profit associations to large proprietary and public companies, Jason has a practical understanding of financial reporting regulatory requirements and accounting standard application.
Jason has worked internationally in the Crowe network on secondment in the London, UK and Chicago, USA offices. Jason has a proven track record in providing client support and audit supervision. Together with a strong strategic and audit focus, Jason has successfully led teams in the review of the processes and controls of clients to ensure efficiency, effectiveness and better practice in the delivery of their services.

Based in the Albury office, Julien has been with Findex for over three years and holds a Bachelor of Business Finance/Accounting and a Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning.

Having been raised on a dairy farm, Sally has an excellent working knowledge and appreciation of the unique issues affecting primary producers. Sally has over 14 years’ experience in the Superannuation industry specialising in Self Managed Superannuation Funds. Sally has a Bachelor of Accounting and has completed the Accountants Essential Advice program.
She has also completed the financial planning exam and ethics unit to meet the industry’s new standards. Sally is currently completing the Advanced income tax and corporations law subjects to be recognised as a tax agent. Sally’s senior role provides experience and a broad knowledge which enable her to service her large client base.

Tom has over 13 years of experience in accounting, business advisory and tax consulting, including 5 years working in Melbourne with large and complex private family groups with a Big 4 Firm. With a particular ability for problem solving and assisting businesses with all of management reporting, cash flow management, budget forecasts and tax compliance.
Tom also has experience across a range of industries including property development, manufacturing, and high net worth individuals and family offices.
