Belinda is a Partner within the national SMSF team based in the Dubbo office and has been with Findex for over 19 years. She has a wealth of experience having also worked in Business Services and Financial Planning teams over the years.

Belinda proudly services clients across the Central West and in capital cities, including Sydney. She has a Bachelor of Accounting, a Diploma in Superannuation Management and is a licensed SMSF Adviser.

Belinda is passionate about seeing her clients reach their financial and personal goals in retirement and works closely with her clients to achieve their aspirations.

Deb has been involved in the financial services industry since 1997, and holds Certified Financial Planner© status. Deb has returned to Findex after 12 years within the banking environment where she gained specialist knowledge, to add to her broad financial planning experience.

Gabriel has significant years of experience in providing and overseeing financial accounting, internal audit, external audit, consulting and risk management services. Gabriel offers clients comprehensive and in-depth audit and assurance advice based on his extensive experience in both public and private sectors. He enjoys working with clients to add value to their organisations by assisting them towards achieving greater efficiencies with their systems and controls. He has worked in Dallas, USA and New Zealand.

Lennard joined Findex in 2000. Since then, Lennard has committed to helping clients to grow their business and personal wealth so that they can achieve financial security during their working life and retirement years.

Peter has been an accountant in public practice for over 25 years. Peter has extensive experience in the areas of agriculture, property and development, retail and franchise, family and private businesses and non-profit organisations.

I have worked in the accounting field since completing a Bachelor of Financial Administration at the University of New England in Armidale in 1991. Initially I spent 18 months learning the ropes in insolvency, then worked in commercial accounting for 5 years in a large primary production enterprise encompassing both a feedlot and abattoir. I have been a member of the Findex Team since 1998 when it was know as Darcy Kennedy. I work part time and juggle working with Findex, and operating a grain freight transport business. I grew up in the Canowindra area in Central New South Wales on a mixed sheep and wheat primary production enterprise before attending University in Armidale.

Daniel has been working in the finance industry since 2008. Prior to Financial Planning, Daniel worked as an Accountant within the firm. Daniel specialises in financial planning, wealth accumulation, portfolio management, tax and investment strategies, as well as personal insurance advice. Daniel firmly believes that every client should have a sound plan to achieve their financial and lifestyle goals, and as part of that plan, should have strategies that maximise the opportunities available.

Daniel is both a Chartered Accountant (CA) and a Certified Financial Planner (CFP). Reaching the highest level of professional endorsement in both Accounting and Financial Planning.
