Don is a highly sought after Chartered Accountant with more than 3 decades worth of experience working with Australian Farmers and their families. Don’s expertise is comprehensive, specialising in business structuring, succession planning, cash flow management, land ownership, credit management and foreign agricultural investment. As a young accountant working in the heart of the Australian agricultural industry in the 1980’s, he assisted many businesses through growth and decline. Today, Don is the Lead Principal of our Inverell office an active member of the community.

Helen has over 10 years experience working with clients from the construction, real estate, agricultural, manufacturing and health care industries. Helen has helped entities ranging from family businesses to corporations maximise their operational efficiency and improve profitability. Multi-disciplinary experience across audit, accounting and finance management allows Helen to provide sound and balanced advice that cuts through complex issues.

Troy began his career in Crowe Horwath's Inverell office in 1996. Troy has a Bachelor of Finance Administration and is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (CA). Troy specialises in providing business services advice to rural and small business clients including income tax, GST, CGT, refinancing and cash flow management advice.
