Lianne Bolton

With 30 years’ experience in financial services, Lianne brings strong strategic, commercial and governance skills to her role as Chief Financial Officer, delivering performance-based strategies that take more than simply understanding the financials.   

Lianne is a hands-on leader with a strong strategic orientation. She is experienced in mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, securitisation, balance sheet management and risk management. Throughout Lianne’s career, she has demonstrated consistent results driving growth in sales, improved profit and loss performance, capital planning, and data-driven product and service development strategies. 

Lianne’s diverse background spans executive roles in public and privately owned companies across Australia, South Africa and London where she successfully navigated organisations through significant change and ongoing regulatory reform while driving growth in top and bottom-line performance.  

Lianne is a champion and advocate for developing young, upcoming talent and provides mentorship to several future business leaders. She is passionate about helping others, and in her personal time you can find Lianne supporting community charities, like the Hornsby Ku-ring-gai women’s shelter where she previously held a board role as Treasurer.
