With over 15 years of Corporate Finance experience, Josh is focused on Merger and Acquisition advisory for Findex. Josh assists privately owned businesses, private equity funds and trade clients to find bespoke transaction solutions to acquire, merge or exit businesses.

Josh has extensive experience in originating, negotiating, structuring and executing transactions between $25m and $200m in Enterprise Value. Sectors of expertise include Healthcare, FMCG, Industrial Services, Mining Services, Food and Beverage and Manufacturing.
