Emergency assistance for flood affected communities
28 February 2022
Our thoughts are with everyone affected by the devastating floods throughout South East Queensland and parts of Northern New South Wales, and we thank the emergency services who are working tirelessly to protect the community.
Our priority at Findex is to ensure the safety of our people and to support our clients through this time.
We understand that each client will have different needs, and we encourage those affected to reach out to us to discuss their individual circumstances by phoning their local office, or our 24 hour Insurance claims line on 1300 038 225, or 0437 026 676 if calling outside standard business hours.
We’re here to support our client’s immediate and future needs, and our staff are ready to assist with any financial concerns or enquiries for their personal or business circumstances.
Our emergency assistance options include:
Expediting claim lodgements for insurance clients seeking help through their business, home, contents and motor vehicle insurance.
Financial Hardship assistance for approved clients who are affected and may experience difficulties paying their current/ongoing Findex invoices.
Assistance with any considerations for additional funding requirements including emergency credit limit increases (subject to credit approval).
Assistance with debt restructuring and consolidation for personal and business clients with existing loans.
Minimising the complexity in understanding and placing insurance claims
Assistance with identifying and accessing Federal and State government grants and financial support for businesses and individuals.
For existing clients, help in dealing with banks and/or insurance companies.
Do you know someone else who needs assistance?
Whilst servicing our clients is our primary importance, due to our vast geographical footprint with offices in over 80 locations across Australia, we are equipped and ready to assist. Please don’t hesitate to contact us or find your local office.
