Our emergency assistance options include:

• Expediting claim lodgements for insurance clients seeking help through their business, home, contents and motor vehicle insurance.

• Financial Hardship assistance for approved clients who are affected and may experience difficulties paying their current/ongoing Findex invoices.

• Assistance with any considerations for additional funding requirements including emergency credit limit increases (subject to credit approval).

• Assistance with debt restructuring and consolidation for personal and business clients with existing loans.

• Minimising the complexity in understanding and placing insurance claims

• Assistance with identifying and accessing Federal and State government grants and financial support for businesses and individuals.

• For existing clients, help in dealing with banks and/or insurance companies.
