Fuelled by his belief in social justice and social change, Nick Thomas started National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) service provider, OnTrack Tasmania, three years ago as a sole trader. Today, he employs 500 staff, who support over 400 participants with services that provide community access, pathway planning, independent living and social programs.

With ten years in the community sector prior to starting OnTrack Tasmania, Nick believes in the power of support and social inclusion to bring about meaningful change in people's lives. Through his programs, participants can come together to socialise and learn new things, spend time in the community, make friends and develop their skills.
