Ben Hawter

Ben joined Mercury Capital at its inception in 2010 after previously working at global private equity firm CVC Capital Partners in the Sydney office. Prior to joining CVC, Ben worked for JPMorgan in the M&A division in Sydney, with a focus on the General Industrials and Power, Utilities and Infrastructure sectors.

Ben has served on the boards of Mercury portfolio companies Crushing Industries, HealthStrong, BlueStar, Hexagon and Nexus, and is currently the chair of Are Media and Avive Health.

Ben holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (First Class Honours) and Bachelor of Commerce degrees from the University of Western Australia.
