Before joining Findex, Darcy spent more than 10 years at a Big 4 firm in Melbourne, working with everyone from high-growth startups and privately owned businesses to AFR Rich List clients and companies with turnovers exceeding $750 million.
Darcy provides comprehensive support across annual accounting and tax compliance, strategic planning, succession and exit strategies, Virtual CFO (VCFO) services, and M&A and transaction support. He brings commercial insight and technical depth to help clients make informed decisions at every stage of the business lifecycle.
Darcy is passionate about building long-term, trusted relationships, often working across generations within the same family. His goal is to act as a key adviser who supports business growth, continuity, and success through practical, future-focused advice.
