Biography
With over 20 years of finance experience, Ken is a respected corporate finance executive with specialised expertise in capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate advisory, asset divestment and strategy development.
Prior to joining Findex, Ken was the Managing Director and Founder of Avenue Advisory, a boutique advisory firm providing corporate finance and capital markets advice to emerging companies. He has also worked with leading equity firms across Australia and Asia.
Ken has served as Chairman of the Board and Non-Executive Director for numerous publicly listed ASX companies and currently sits on the Advisory Board of a leading civil contractor. He is also the founder and Chair of the Theofilos Foundation, a charity formed to support students in improving their educational outcomes.
