Simon Gennari

Biography

Focused primarily on Merger and Acquisitions advisory and capital markets, Simon has over 20 years of experience in investment management, corporate finance, strategy and advisory and equity research in Europe and Australia. 

Simon’s extensive investment and corporate finance experience includes managing investment portfolios covering a diverse range of sectors and industries globally and within Australia. These include healthcare, industrials, technology, minerals, oils and gas, agriculture, clean technology, manufacturing retail, food and beverage and financial services. In corporate finance, his experience extends to mergers and acquisitions restricting, capital markets and strategy for listed and private enterprises including venture capital, debt and equity.

Simon has participated on the advisory board of several private companies and has previously served as Chairman of an ASX listed company. He has held senior investment positions within a UK family office and global hedge fund and was a Principal at Avenue Advisory, a boutique advisory firm providing corporate finance and capital markets advice to emerging companies.
