Andrew’s firm, McMaster Accounting Services, joined Findex in April 2013 to provide clients with a depth of resources, succession and range of services. With 30 years of experience advising a range of small businesses, Andrew specialises in business structuring, tax planning, GST, FBT, CGT, business tax requirements, SMSF and succession planning.
Danielle is a Manager with the Ballarat office and has over 20 years experience, having worked with Findex since 2014. She is Ballarat born and raised, has a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) and also is a Certified Practising Accountant.
She works with our Business Advisory Division and assists Individuals, Small Business and Trusts reach their personal and financial goals. She has vast experience across a range of client industries in particular trades such as construction and motor vehicle repairs.
Grantley joined Findex in 2002 after completing Bachelors of Commerce and Computing with Distinction at the University of Ballarat. He attained Chartered Accountant (CA) status in 2005 and is also a Chartered Tax Adviser.
Simon has over nine years' experience, and has developed skills in tax compliance, Income Tax, BAS, GST and CGT and tax planning. He acts for individuals and investors and enjoys helping business clients to take control of their decisions based on a sound financial understanding of all aspects of their business, leading to greater profitability, success and growth.

Stephen has over 14 years' experience in accounting services and specialises in business and taxation services. He specialises in a range of business advisory areas including income tax, business structuring, fringe benefits tax, capital gains tax and GST.
Steve has over 30 years' experience working with many industries that range from small businesses, through to multi-million dollar companies. Steve has been involved with providing tax structuring advice on business purchases, preparing forecasts and budgets and negotiating with lenders to ensure the most cost effective solutions.
Steve works across two offices Ballarat and Melbourne.
Terry joined Findex in 2014 and has worked in the financial services industry for 38 years. Terry has 20 years experience working as a financial adviser and has attained CFP status with the FPA. Terry specialises in advice on aged care, SMSFs, superannuation and retirement planning.
Brett has 25 years experience in Accounting and Taxation and has a broad knowledge of Business Services, Taxation, Business Structures, Capital Gains Tax, GST, Deceased Estates and Tax Planning.
Brett works closely with individuals and business owners across many industries, including Primary Production, Transport, Real Estate, Wholesale & Retail Trade, Construction, Investors and the Not for Profit sector.
He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Registered Tax Agent, and has mentored many staff on their journey to obtain their qualifications.
Brett enjoys immersing himself in local community and the Not for Profit space, including education - at Primary and Secondary level, Parish and the Historic Vehicle movement – from the local Vintage & Classic car club, through to national level with the Australian Historic Motoring Federation.
Gabby joined Findex in 2011 after moving to Ballarat with her young family and has over 20 years’ experience in both business advisory and industry.
Gabby is a Chartered Accountant and has considerable experience in a range of areas including management accounts preparation, income tax, capital gains tax and GST. She specialises in industries such as construction, medical, personal taxation and family businesses.
Nicholas has over 10 years’ experience in the financial planning industry, providing comprehensive financial advice to customers of different ages and with various strategic needs.
Retirement planning, superannuation, cash flow budgeting, estate planning, personal and business insurance, aged care and social security entitlements are all areas Nicholas can provide advice on.
Nicholas is passionate about quality advice and the ability it has to provide clients with financial security and freedom for a better future. Nicholas is a Certified Financial Planner and also has a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning.
Paul is a self driven financial practitioner with over 23 years of experience, specialising in key areas of investment markets, superannuation and retirement planning. With a strong client focus, his primary motivation is to provide consistently high levels of client service within a collaborative team environment.
Paul has an extensive working knowledge of the dynamics of investment markets and in particular specialises in strategic and investment advice surrounding Self Managed Superannuation Fund and other complex structures.

Stuart has been working in the financial services industry since December 2014, after completing a Bachelor of Accounting at LaTrobe University. Since completing University Stuart has gained experience in a number of areas across the financial planning industry, from administration and adviser support, becoming a Financial Adviser in January 2017. Stuart is a customer focussed, valued based adviser who thrives on building strong ongoing relationships with clients, to ensure their financial and lifestyle goals are met.
Tracey is able to provide aged care and salary packaging advice, as well as strategic risk management, investment, estate and retirement planning advice, including the establishment and management of self-managed Superannuation funds. In addition, she can work with you to establish appropriate investment trading structures for both asset protection and tax planning purposes.
Tracey believes in building a long-term relationship with her clients and understands the need to provide a value oriented, holistic financial planning service to achieve their lifestyle and financial objectives.
Lynn has over 30 years in public practice and currently manages the Stawell, Hamilton and Ballarat Business Advisory Services division.
Lynn has always strived to deliver outstanding service to her clients and maintains strong relationships with them. She has a particular focus on the primary production sector and the SME market, whilst also delivering advice which includes business restructuring, tax planning, budgeting and small business capital gains tax advice across a broad range of industries.
