Biography

Ash is a registered company auditor with 25 years’ experience providing audit, assurance and technical advisory services.

Prior to joining Findex, Ash worked in the insolvency and corporate recovery division at another mid tier accounting firm.

Ash has extensive experience helping clients improve their business, whether by providing timely and accurate accounting advice to help with business decisions or by working with them to implement best practice processes to give them greater peace of mind.

Ash provides a range of specialist services to clients, including external and internal audits, business process reviews, technical accounting advice and due diligence activities. He also works with corporate clients to implement international financial reporting standards.

Simon joined Findex in 1998 and became a partner in the firm’s business advisory division in 2005. Simon was the founding partner of the Norwest office, which was establised in 2005, and he has more than 25 years’ experience in providing accounting, tax and advisory services.

Aditya has over 16 years experience and helps both established and emerging businesses both local and subsidiaries of foreign groups to implement growth strategies and manage their regulatory and taxation requirements. Aditya has helped his clients establish their business by providing advice on restructuring, capital gains tax, international tax, employee remuneration packaging, fringe benefits and GST. He works with clients to ensure Australian Tax and statutory compliance matters are fully met and helps identify any potential risks and works collaboratively with clients on implementing strategies on mitigating these risks.
