A Glen Innes local born and bred, Jason has over 10 years’ experience in Accounting and Tax and has been with Findex since 2014. Jason prides himself on developing lasting client relationships and takes pride in building solutions for clients which help them on the pathway to achieving their financial and lifestyle goals.

Kristen has over 25 years experience in the accounting industry. She has owned multiple business throughout that time, including regionally recognised KLAS Business & Accounting and Ray White Tenterfield as well as agriculture and events interests.

Kristen is passionate about maintaining close client relationships and ensuring that she and her team are valued members of her client’s business. Kristen specialises in tax planning strategies to legally minimise tax, along with structure advice to protect her clients assets and wealth. She is also a valued part of the management team for many of her clients and conducts regular management meetings to delve into and improve operations.
