Daniel Hilton is a Managing Partner in our Lending and Finance division. He is a seasoned finance professional with extensive expertise in the industry having spent 27 years working in the banking and Finance sector, speculating in business and commercial finance. Daniel's understanding of the financial landscape is far-reaching, and he has a unique insight into the expectations of clients. He understands that clients expect tailored financial solutions that meet their specific needs, and he is passionate about providing this level of service.

As a finance expert, Daniel is well-versed in various financial products and services, and he has the skills and knowledge to provide valuable advice and support to clients. He is committed to helping clients achieve their financial goals and empowering them to make informed decisions about their finances.

Daniel holds a Bachelor of Business and Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking.

Adam holds a Bachelor of Business (Finance and Investment) and a Diploma of Financial Planning. Adam joined Findex as an Associate Adviser and has now become an Associate Partner, with a number of years’ experience in financial services. Adam works closely with individuals to achieve their desired outcomes, focusing on all aspects of client financial planning goals and objectives. He has strong technical knowledge and enjoys seeing clients achieve their goals.

Peter joined Findex in February 2004 having previously worked in the Banking Industry for 23 years and prior to joining Findex was Branch Manager for 5 years.

Peter gained considerable experience in all facets of Lending and Finance including commercial, rural, home and investment and equipment lending. With 23 years experience in Lending and Finance, he can provide service and advice in the following:

• Rural / Farm Lending

• Equity Finance

• Property Development Finance

• Leasing, Hire Purchase, Chattel Mortgages and Novated Leasing

• Insurance Premium Funding

Peter is very well known around the community, he is a life member of the Western Park Credit Club and is also the current president. Peter is very passionate about sport and demonstrates commitment in the community of all ages in the Warragul and surrounding areas. Peter gains a lot of clients by word of mouth around the town of people who are extremely happy with his professionalism and services and are recommending him to friends.

Peter works part time on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Sam joined Findex in 2017 as a cadet, and subsequently has completed a Bachelor of Business (Sports Management - Accounting) and a Diploma of Mortgage Broking Management. Sam is currently working as an Associate Adviser in our Lending and Finance Team. Sam can assist clients with their personal and business related needs, including: Home Loans, Personal Loans, Equipment Finance, Commercial Finance & Insurance Premium Funding. He takes a particular enjoyment working with First Home Buyers throughout the entire process, assisting them achieve their property ownership goals. Sam also has a strong investment in the local community; currently Coaching the Western Park Cricket Club, and Assistant Coach of the Buln Buln Football Club. Sam also serves as our East Vic Findex Community Fund Champion - creating relationships with local charities and subsequently providing resources and finance.
