Managing Partner - Business Services
Rachelle has been a part of the Findex business since 2002. She brings a wealth of experience and skills in working with small to medium businesses on business management and taxation issues, as well as partnering with them through their growth journey. Rachelle had expertise in conducting financial analysis, preparing financial reports and tax returns, providing taxation and structuring advice to support business decision making, cashflow and budgeting preparation, and business process improvement. Rachelle has a deep connection to agriculture, and specialises in advice to family farming business. Within Findex she is a senior leader within our Agribusiness advisory team. In addition to the above practice areas, Rachelle can guide businesses through preparing for bank finance, set up and integration of cloud based data systems for both financial reporting and business management, and access to government funding, rebates, and support. She acts as a business partner and key relationship manager for her clients, reviewing their business and personal situations and assisting in connecting clients to other appropriate support and financial services.
Belinda is a Partner within the national SMSF team based in the Dubbo office and has been with Findex for over 19 years. She has a wealth of experience having also worked in Business Services and Financial Planning teams over the years.
Belinda proudly services clients across the Central West and in capital cities, including Sydney. She has a Bachelor of Accounting, a Diploma in Superannuation Management and is a licensed SMSF Adviser.
Belinda is passionate about seeing her clients reach their financial and personal goals in retirement and works closely with her clients to achieve their aspirations.

Deb has been involved in the financial services industry since 1997, and holds Certified Financial Planner© status. Deb has returned to Findex after 12 years within the banking environment where she gained specialist knowledge, to add to her broad financial planning experience.

Gabriel has significant years of experience in providing and overseeing financial accounting, internal audit, external audit, consulting and risk management services. Gabriel offers clients comprehensive and in-depth audit and assurance advice based on his extensive experience in both public and private sectors. He enjoys working with clients to add value to their organisations by assisting them towards achieving greater efficiencies with their systems and controls. He has worked in Dallas, USA and New Zealand.

Ian started at Findex in 2004. Ian places a high level of importance on working as a team with clients, working through issues with them and identifying solutions so that they can better achieve their goals.
Pip works across a number of locations, covering Canberra and the Central West. She commenced her career over 14 years ago as a graduate accountant in Wellington NSW, becoming a partner more recently after building knowledge and experience across a wide variety of industries. She is particularly passionate about supporting rural and regional areas and the vast array of clients that comes with this. Having grown up on the family farm, the agricultural industry is especially close to her heart. Pip has expertise in preparing financial reports and tax returns, budgeting and cash flow reporting, cloud accounting and cloud business management software, providing advice to clients including succession planning and has walked with clients through various stages of their business lifecycles and personal lives. Pip has a strong network which allows her to connect clients with other experts as the need arises.
