Our unique breadth of services and vast geographic reach has helped us support more than 150 team members to make a career transition or out of cycle promotion since August 2021, with 30% of these moves taking place across divisions.

The Findex Talent Acquisition and Internal Talent Mobility teams will soon launch MakeMyMove to easily surface internal talent and provide opportunities to our own talent first. Powered by AI technology, MakeMyMove identifies job opportunities employees are suited to and nudges them to apply.
